Biography

Marek Novak is an award-winning bartender with experience in Prague, London, Oslo and USA. He has worked at prestigious establishments, showcasing his commitment to perfection and hospitality. Four years ago, he joined the opening team of "Svanen Cocktail Bar" in Oslo which was recognized as Norway's best new cocktail bar in 2019. After leaving role at "Grand Hotel Oslo," he relocated to Florida, where he is now the Lead Bartender at Carriage House, Palm Beach.

What a surreal experience! I’m still not sure if I’m dreaming or this really happened! 🤩

A few weeks ago, I’ve had the opportunity to compete against some of the best bartenders in the world and it was definitely one of the hardest competitions I have ever been a part of! 🍸The level was super high and it was very inspiring to listen to others about their creations! I’m very glad to meet you all! 🙏🏻🫶🏻

No matter the stress level, I kept my mind clear and stayed focused to my plan & the rest is a history! 🎉
